INGREDIENTS:
- a few frozen fillets of saithe
- salt
- pepper
- flour
- bread crumbs
- oil
- potatoes
- lettuce
- green cucumber
- olive oil
PREPARATION:
- Defrost the saithe fillets, then coat them in flour and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Fry in a hot frying pan until golden brown.
- Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetable salad.
