A method of preparing

SAITHE WITH VEGETABLE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

  • a few frozen fillets of saithe
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour
  • bread crumbs
  • oil
  • potatoes
  • lettuce
  • green cucumber
  • olive oil

PREPARATION:

  1. Defrost the saithe fillets, then coat them in flour and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry in a hot frying pan until golden brown.
  3. Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetable salad.
