A method of preparing

HAKE IN SESAME

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 frozen hake fillets
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour
  • bread crumbs
  • sesame
  • oil

PREPARATION:

  1. Thaw the hake fillets and dry them.
  2. Then spread in breadcrumbs and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Fry the fish in a hot frying pan until it is golden brown.
  4. Serve with boiled or baked potatoes.
