INGREDIENTS:
- 4 frozen hake fillets
- salt
- pepper
- flour
- bread crumbs
- sesame
- oil
PREPARATION:
- Thaw the hake fillets and dry them.
- Then spread in breadcrumbs and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Fry the fish in a hot frying pan until it is golden brown.
- Serve with boiled or baked potatoes.
