INGREDIENTS:
- 4 frozen salmon fillets, skin on (170-200 g each)
- 150 g of natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cup of spinach, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, squeezed through the press
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 3/4 cup of grated mozzarella
- salt pepper
PREPARATION:
- Turn on the oven and set it to 180 ° C, line the baking dish with baking paper.
- Salt and pepper the washed and dried fillets on each side, then place the skin side down in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the spinach, yoghurt, garlic, parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the spinach on the fillets and sprinkle with the mozzarella.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, uncovered, then increase the temperature to 200 ° C and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Serve immediately.
