INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg of frozen prawns
- 300 g of cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 500 g of coconut milk
- lime
- coriander / parsley pasta
- olive oil
- salt
- lemon pepper
PREPARATION:
- Pour olive oil into a hot frying pan.
- Chop the onion, crush the garlic, chop the chili pepper and sauté.
- Add the prawns, sprinkle with lime juice, season with salt, lemon pepper and fry.
- Add chopped cherry tomatoes and stew, covered, for about 10 minutes.
- Pour in coconut milk, reduce heat.
- Add the previously cooked pasta - mix.
- Season to taste with soy sauce. Serve with lots of cilantro and parsley.
